Dear South Brunswick Township Fire District 3,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All reports from the Safety Officer/Medical Officer on why there was no rehab unit, set up on the Training Date of June 26,2021.

Training reports requested from the County state there was no rehab, if this is wrong please produce record
