Police Report for an incident which occurred on February 23, 2019 at Marbella Fish Market (aka Marbella Lounge), 610 Broadway, Newark, NJ 07107.

I am an Insurance Adjuster with Ryze Claim Solutions and we are conducting an investigation on behalf of Nationwide Insurance and their insured Marbabella Fish Market. The date of the incident is 2/23/2019 at approximately 2:30 AM. Our File #20-071037.

Please forward a copy of the police report filed so that we can complete our insurance investigation.
