Regarding OPRA #10671, the Authority has identified a voluminous quantity
of potentially responsive records relevant to your request. 

Please provide additional clarification and specify if you’re requesting
overtime payments for all full- time employees only.  The voluminous
nature of OPRA #10671 likely requires extraordinary time and labor by the
Authority to process.  Please take notice pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:lA-5.c,
a special service charge to process OPRA #10671 may be warranted.    

The Authority is developing an estimate of the time and labor required for
retrieving/reviewing/redacting the documents and will advise you of the
special services fee.  Alternatively, you may also try narrowing the focus
of OPRA #10671 which may result in fewer responsive records and a smaller
special service charge.

Please advise if you wish to revise the scope of OPRA #10671.  In the
alternative, please confirm if you would like the Authority to continue to
provide you with an estimated special service charge.
