I request copies of the following existing records created, received, or maintained from September 30, 2024 to the present concerning Mansfield Township’s compliance with the New Jersey Immigrant Trust Act.

This request does not seek personal immigration data, criminal investigatory records, or records excluded from OPRA under Section 3(b) of the Act. I. REPORTING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
1. All reports, whether final or non-final, submissions, or supporting documents prepared by Mansfield Township or the Mansfield Township Police Department for submission to the New Jersey Attorney General pursuant to Section 7 of the New Jersey Immigrant Trust Act, including:
◦ detainer, transfer, or notification request tracking;
◦ interview requests by immigration authorities;
◦ database access disclosures.

II. TRAINING AND PUBLIC NOTICE
2. All records reflecting:
◦ receipt, posting, or distribution of the Attorney General’s required public notice explaining Section 6 of the Immigrant Trust Act;
◦ training materials received from the Attorney General regarding compliance with the Act;
◦ attendance logs, schedules, or certifications for such training (names may be redacted).
◦ If no records exist, identify which department(s) were searched.
III. POLICY REVIEW AND WEBSITE POSTING
3. All records documenting Mansfield Township’s review, revision, or publication of confidentiality policies undertaken pursuant to Section 3(d) of the New Jersey Immigrant Trust Act, including:
◦ internal memoranda;
◦ final adopted policies;
◦ website posting records.
