1.A list in csv file by block and lot a list of all properties that are in the cannabis zones
2.I would like a copy of the current cannabis zone map
3.a list of all vacant land
4.a list of all wetlands

Jacob,
In response to your OPRA request, be advised that Delanco Township has opted out of zoning for any of the cannabis use classes at this time. Therefore, there are 1. no properties in a cannabis use approved zone. 2. There is no cannabis zone map. Also, Delanco Township does not require the registration of vacant properties. Finally, we do not have a list of properties that have wetland delineations. This information may be available through the NJ Department of Environmental Protection office (NJDEP). Your OPRA request response will be considered completed with this email transmission. Please let me know if I may be of further assistance with your OPRA request.
