Mr. Kratovil:
Yes I received your request.
Annexed hereto, you will find the version of the Budget (FYE June 30, 2023) that was approved for submission to the DCA by the NBHA Board. As you know, this is a draft document. It is not final until approved by the DCA and adopted by the NBHA Board.

Dear Ms. Sadowitz,
Thanks for providing this. The DCA's spokesperson tells me the budget in question was actually approved by the State in February. Please correct me if am wrong, but this would mean that the NBHA has been the cause of a 5-6 month delay in adopting the budget. Is there a different explanation or is DCA correct?
Yours sincerely,
Charlie Kratovil
