New amended budget 2025-2026
Dear Linden Housing Authority,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested: I would like the NEW amended budget for 2025-2026..

I am writing to request an internal review of Linden Housing Authority's handling of my OPRA request 'New amended budget 2025-2026'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
The new amended budget was voted on December 10, 2025. No copy was given out at the meeting I attended. I OPRA'D for a copy and still haven't received. Wrote email to Director to try and get a copy. Email came back mailer demon. The email I used if on the LHA website. I contacted the attorney of the LHA to make him aware and maybe he could get it for me. I'm guessing he delayed it according to response on request.
What are they hiding??? It was passed and you can can watch the whole meeting from December 10, 2025.
