Dear Requestor,

The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated July 12,
2023 for:

"Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:

1. All contracts and service level agreements between your agency and
Network Blade LLC. for the period of January 1st, 2022 to the present.

2. Vendor history reports for all payments to Network Blade LLC ,
outlining services provided, the timeline of services, and the costs of
these services for the period of January 1st, 2022 to the present.

3. Any invoices or financial statements pertaining to transactions between
your agency and Network Blade LLC for the period of January 1st, 2022 to
the present.

4. Any correspondence relating to the negotiation, formation, performance,
or termination of the contract(s) with Network Blade LLC., specifically
with Joseph Danielsen for the period of January 1st, 2022 to the present."
