Neptune Township Committeewoman Tassie York - Ethics Complaint Disposition

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Copies of all records involving Committeewoman Tassie York, Deputy Mayor Tassie York from May 2, 2023 to present date to include all criminal complaints, police reports and arrest reports.
2. Any resolutions, settlements, dispositions, notice of violation,
notice of request for information or any notices or requests by any entity
including but not limited to the NJ Department of Community Affairs Local
Finance Board reference to ethics complaint referral by the Monmouth
County Prosecutor's Office letter dated December 1, 2021 sent to Business
Administrator Gina LaPlaca and Neptune Township Resolution 22-102
authorizing referral by Township Committee of complaint to the State of NJ
Department of Community Affairs, Local Finance Board relating to
Committeewoman Tassie York, Deputy Mayor Tassie York, Municipal Prosecutor
James Butler and James Butler.

In response to Request 2, please note there are no responsive records to resolutions, settlements, dispositions, notice of violation, notice of request for information or notices or requests by any entity relating to resolution 22-102.
