Dear Neptune City Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting any material safety data sheets or chemical lists for TFH/Nylabone/Central Garden and Pet Company that are in the possession of the Neptune City Office of Emergency management. These should include all materials housed at 75/85 West Sylvania Avenue or any other address within those property lines. Please provide the lists for 2000-2019
