I forgot to mention in the previous e-mail that this is a registered 2 family home. The registration is yearly.

Attached are the permits that were taken out in the past 25 years. There is no record of an oil tank or oil tank removal. Tax Liens or Tax records you would need to contact the tax assessor. This is also a registered 2 family house.
