requested government records for a commercial purpose, however, your
signature includes your company Compass Real Estate. Please confirm that
this request is for personal use and not for your role in that company as
this answer determines the response time. Per NJSA 47:1A-1.1 “Commercial
purpose” means the direct or indirect use of any part of a government
record for sale, resale, solicitation, rent, or lease of a service or any
use by which the user expects a profit either through commission, salary,
or fee.

I received your OPRA request. Just to clarify, you are looking for "all
permits opened and/or closed for the past 5 years" for 94 Brookville
Hollow Rd? The address was only in the subject of your request, no in the
body, so it's easy to miss.
