I need the complete history from as far back as your records go for all permits taken for plumbing, carpentry, electrical and any other activity that requires a permit for work being done on a private home.
As a real estate professional, it’s very important to anticipate any issues facing a homeowner listing their home for sale. This request covers one of the steps I can take.
Please advise if I have failed to adequately provide direction to you.

I have received the requested information for 129 Algonquin Trail but under the cover of the request I made for the same permit information for 7 Sierra, also in Wayne. I have not received the information for 7 Sierra. Please advise how I should proceed ASAP.
