The attached are responsive documents in response to your OPRA Request for
14 Jahn Court. There is one oversized document, “Subdivision Plat”
measuring approximately 30” x 42”. If you would like a reprint of the
oversized document, I will obtain a quote for duplication and provide you
with the procedure. Please respond to this email if you require the
oversized document and I will begin the process.

Good afternoon,
I received a quote for printing of the oversized document in response to your OPRA Request for 14 Jahn Court and attached for your reference.
Please let me know if you require the 3 copies of the document by responding to this email stating your agreement with the printing procedures listed below and the price of the Quote.
1. Write a check made payable to Township of Mahwah for the amount on the quote attached to this email.
2. Mail or deliver the check to my attention, Carolyn George, Township of Mahwah, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
3. Once I receive the check, I will bring the original document to General Reproduction Products for reproduction.
4. Once the copies have been made, I will email you to inform you that the copies are ready for pick up at the Township Clerk’s Office, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430.
