National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber-Tips and Arrests

Records requested: The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office is a member of the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and receives Cyber Tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for Cyber Tips that have been geo-located to Hudson County, New Jersey.
I am respectfully requesting you review your records and determine the number of NCMEC Cyber Tips received by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office during the time period commencing January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, the number of arrests made by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office as a result of those Cyber Tips received during 2019, and the amount of grant funding received by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office during 2019 for being a member of the NJ State Police ICAC Task Force.
