Dear Town of Morristown,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1.) PDF copy of Nassau Capital Advisors, LLC submitted proposal to the Town of
Morristown, dated May 22, 2020, setting forth the professional services to be provided and the
hourly rate of compensation for such services.

2.) PDF copy of the document whereas Nassau Capital Advisors, LLC indicated in writing that the terms of their initial proposal remain valid.

3.) A PDF copy Professional Services
Contract to Nassau Capital Advisors, LLC for financial advisory services in connection with
various redevelopment projects in the Town.

4.) PDF copies of all account ledgers from the escrows posted by developers of all redevelopment projects.
