I am requesting to know the name of the person who made a complaint against my property. The complaint was that my property at 408 Fern Avenue, Deptford NJ 08096 was an illegal auto body shop and that we had too many vehicles.; the vehicles are all registered and insured. The complaint was filed with the zoning board and since resolved, however I feel that my neighbors or whomever complained are personally attacking myself and my fiancé. I feel uncomfortable living in my own home. When my grandparents owned the home, they too, fell victim of complaints against them. I considered it to be unwarranted, accustational, and petty. I feel that we are now under the scope of someone who likes to falsely accuse us of doing things that we aren’t doing and will continue to make complaints against us in the future. I have the right to face my accusers and am concerned they will continue these false accusations against us.
