MVA/Bicycle Incident Records
Dear Burlington County Public Safety,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

All records related to the motor vehicle accident (MVA) involving a bicyclist, which occurred on September 22, 2024, at the intersection of Wakefield Drive and Taisley Court in Medford Township, New Jersey:
1. 911 Call Audio Recordings: Please provide the complete audio recordings of all 911 calls made related to this incident on the specified date and location.
2. 911 Call Logs: Please provide all log reports or records of the calls made to 911 related to this incident. This should include the time of the calls, the nature of the calls, and any other relevant information recorded in the logs.
3. Additional Related Records: Please provide any other records related to this incident that were generated by Burlington County Central Communications, including but not limited to CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) reports, dispatch notes, and communication logs between the dispatchers and emergency response units.
