All other townships that I've dealt with in Monmouth and Ocean County send all MVA crash reports free of charge via email. If you are refusing to send the requested MVA crash reports free of charge via email, then I will reject it and withdraw the request. You should do as all of the other townships do in the area, and send the MVA reports free of charge.
