Good Afternoon,

Attached please find the response to your OPRA that I received from the
Police Department.  This matter pertains to a fatal crash investigation
with associated indictable crimes.  As such, the completed Investigation
Report will not be released, as it is exempt under NJSA 47:1A-1 for
“Criminal Investigatory Record”.  Attached is the crash report and
redacted/abbreviated copies of the relevant investigation/arrest record to
include a copy of the criminal complaint warrant.  This will complete this
request.
