request was received in this office on 7/17/2026 and given the reference
number R009092-071726 for tracking purposes.

Records Requested: I am requesting any records that identify whether any
Mercer County law enforcement personnel were present at, responded to, or
otherwise involved in the motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 7,
2026, at approximately 19:30, at the intersection of N. Clinton Avenue and
E. State Street in Trenton, New Jersey.

This request includes records identifying the presence or involvement of
any Mercer County law enforcement personnel, including but not limited to
officers, detectives, investigators, supervisors, or other personnel from
the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office,
or any other Mercer County law enforcement agency.

For the time period of approximately 19:30 to 19:40, I am requesting
written confirmation of whether any Mercer County law enforcement
personnel were present at the scene. If they were present during that
time, I request a list of the names and badge numbers of all Mercer County
personnel who were on scene.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are
not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and
