Dear Freehold Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Any CAD entries (Motor Vehicle Accident/ Crash/ Collision, DOA, EMS Call) regarding a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian on State Route 9, within the Township of Freehold between November 27, 2022 and November 30, 2022.
