In response to your below OPRA Request:
Attached is the CAD report.
The CD containing the BWC is available to be picked up in my office for a fee of $0.25 or I can ship it to you after receiving a check in the amount of $1.34 ($1.09 shipping).
The CD has been redacted citing:
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (Legislative Findings)
1) Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy." See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).

2A:4A-60 Disclosure of juvenile information; penalties for disclosure.
Social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the court and probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies, pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public inspection.
