Respectfully, there is a Deputy Clerk and she has responded that the response would be provided by 4/18/23. The absence of your Clerk should not impede your ability to provide the financial documents your office holds. This information should be readily available to you as the Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer/ Qualified Purchasing Agent that is in your signature line.

You did not provide the requested information for your interior renovations. The documents you provided are for the outside ramp. You also did not send any ordinances or resolutions for any of the work authorized. Here is what I am requesting, specifically for interior work done. Please provide.
