Multiple Record Request

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address, and owner name provided please.
2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family properties that are currently in the probate process.
3. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
4. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned or vacant with last known owner name please, if applicable.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 3+ months with owner names, please.

1. No responsive records kept in the Tax & Sewer Funds Collection Office
with regard to code violations.
2. No responsive records kept in the Tax & Sewer Funds Collections Office
with regard to probate process.
3. See attached sewer delinquencies.

5. No responsive records kept in the Tax & Sewer Funds Collection Office
with regard to properties being flagged vacant or abandoned.
6. No responsive records. No shut off enforcement has been in effect
since the NJ Covid State of Emergency and Executive Order 190.
