In response to your OPRA request 164-2019 regarding 5 properties in
Marlton, NJ (Evesham Township), we found the following:
6 Huntington Court – Two open permits: #20190358 for Re-energizing 100 AMP
service for Gas furnace and A/C unit replacement and #20190483 for Gas
water heater replacement.
30 Milford Drive - No record of any open permits.
22 Caldwell Avenue – No record of any open permits.
16 Chadwick – Two open permits: #20191410 for Gas furnace/Hot water
heater/AC unit replacement and #20190413 for Excavation and removal of
in-ground pool.
101 Five Crown Royal – No record of any open permits.
Our office does not have any information regarding the original
underground oil tanks or septic systems when houses are built. If a tank
were removed and/or replaced, a permit is required, but we do not have
record of any such work for any of the properties in question. The
Burlington County Board of Health might be able to assist with this
information.
