Records requested:

I am seeking records of 2 or more family homes in Linden comprised of either/or the Landlord Registrations which should be in the Clerk's office, as well as a list potentially held by either the Linden Fire or Police department.

Based on other towns, the Fire Department may have a record due to doing inspections. Usually, they have something regarding homes with three or more units.

Dear Joe Bodek,

I am seeking the most current records (as of 12/31/2021) of the landlord registrations of 2 family houses, which should be held in the Clerk's office (scanned and e-mailed please). I'm also seeking records (as of 12/31/2021) of multi-family dwellings in the City of Linden. The record is usually held by the fire department, due to them having to inspect multi-family dwellings for smoke, carbon monoxide, and fire detectors.

Please let me know if anything else needs to be clarified. If an extension is needed, please let me know when the records will be made available.
