The location of the meeting minutes do not seem obvious. I see the Meeting Date, Agenda....but don't see the minutes. I've also had others search to see if it was just me and they couldn't find the minutes either.
Can you please advise how to easily and obviously get to them.

Yes. On the right side of the main page there are links. "Minutes" is the fourth down and when you open the link, they will be listed by year. Please let me know if you find them.
