Any record or reports, internal or external, that provide the percentage or total number of Hispanic students from Jamesburg that constituted 20.8% of the non-graduation rate for the 2020 Cohort. This information was part of the Accountability Graduation Rates as part of the NJ School Performance Report.

Dear Anonymous,
The Board is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act ("OPRA") request.
Specifically, your request sought:
“Any record or reports, internal or external, that provide the percentage
or total number of Hispanic students from Jamesburg that constituted 20.8%
of the non-graduation rate for the 2020 Cohort. This information was part
of the Accountability Graduation Rates as part of the NJ School
Performance Report.”
Your request requires additional time to respond due to the need to review
potentially responsive records for confidential information and due to the
significant demands placed on the District with regard to the
exceptionally large number of OPRA requests the Board has received. OPRA
allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(i). Specifically, OPRA states that “the requestor shall be advised
by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is
not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Accordingly, your request requires an extension of time until December 8,
2022.
