In light of, and to the extent required under, the January 17, 2025 NJ Appellate Division case of Rosetti versus Ramapo-Indian Hills Regional High School Board of Education, A-1466-23, the records searched should include private devices and accounts, including but not limited to e-mail, SMS, RCS, iMessage, and text messages.
