Dear Mr. Karan,
The attached e-mail includes the attachments with all the withheld being cited in the body of the e-mail from Lieutenant Hoydis . I inadvertently missed this e-mail when I sent your response earlier.
The Lieutenant in charge of Police Records notified me that e-mails are archived for 6 years, therefore there are no records responsive from 2013. Please let me know if this satisfies your request.
