Your request for all correspondence between the Borough and the BOE regarding the school bus/transportation facility is denied. Your request fails to identify a sender or recipient which is needed under OPRA. Additionally, requests for "any" and "all" documents/correspondence regarding a specific subject or similarly worded request is considered overly broad under OPRA. The school district is not required to do research in order to respond to requests for documents, only to provide clearly identifiable documents not subject to exemption.
You request for the Memo of Understanding with Borough of Sayreville regarding school bus/transportation facility is a duplicate request, you previously requested this information in June 2023 and it has already been provided to you. We are not required to reproduce the same document multiple times, please refer back to your previous requests for that information.
