Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) associated with Resolution 17-1158, titled “Resolution: New Jersey State Police Academy (NJSP),” adopted by the Municipal Council on June 21, 2017. This resolution authorized the Department of Public Safety’s Division of Police to enter into an agreement with the New Jersey State Police Training Academy to conduct a Residential Academy Training Program for two hundred (200) newly hired Newark Police Division officers between August 7, 2017, and December 11, 2017.
