 Dear Lehiigh,
The latest written contract for the Chief of Police was provided in
response to your prior OPRA request.  There is no more recent written
contract responsive to your request.  There is no written MOU between the
Township and the Chief of Police, although reference was made to one in
the minutes of a prior meeting.  In summary, there are no documents
responsive to your request.  This request is deemed fully responded to and
the OPRA request closed.
