Dear Scott Jett,

Motor vehicle stop on June 1st, 2019. Deborah “Debbie” Roper with Darren Doonan as passenger in the area of 20th and NJ Avenues at approx 530pm. I know the officers were wearing body cameras so I am requesting all body camera footage of the motor vehicle stop of all officers on scene as well as written reports or police logs documenting the stop. All body camera footage and written reports and logs sent to me via email free of charge. If there is no documentation or reports or body camera footage why? Everything is supposed to be documented and recorded

I checked our CAD system - there are no entries with the names:  Deborah
Roper or Darren Doonan.

There are no entries for traffic stops on 6/1/19 at or about 1730 (plus
minus half an hour) in the area of 20th / New Jersey Aves (also check a
few block radius).

I reviewed our MVR/BWC servers and no traffic stops in or around 1730
(20th/NJ) were found.

Chief Gallagher contacted Wildwood PD to see if they had a violation in
their town / made the stop here and they do not have any record with those
individuals on that date / time.

 

If Mr. Mcknight has any further information or Roper / Doonan would like
to speak with me please feel free to have them reach out to me.
