Dear Wildwood City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: please provide any and all information regarding a Wildwood Police Officer/Officers that conducted a motor vehicle stop of a Crossroads, LLC van on Baker Avenue and or Atlantic Avenue in the city limits of Wildwood. Please provide dash cam video of all officers involved, body cams of all officers involved, any Cad Comments and or reports, incident reports, officer reports, internal affairs reports. Any information that the Wildwood Police has on this incident from the dates 6/1/19-6/28/19.

With regard to your OPRA Request, please be advise that nothing is made, maintained or kept on file in the City of Wildwood. Below is the response from our Police Dept.

We have checked our CAD system and there is no record of a van belonging to "crossroads LLC" being stopped in the time frame provided. Perhaps, if we had the drivers information or some other identifying factor we could fulfill the request. - Police Dept.
