including any associated documentation or reports related to the issuance of that summons.

2. All Body Worn Camera (BWC) footage associated with a motor vehicle stop conducted in the Borough of East Rutherford NJ on 08/19/2024 involving an Infinity NJ registration number R45RRP conducted by P.O. Black of the East Rutherford Police Department, including but not limited to:
• Video and audio recordings from all responding officers
• Any related metadata or audit logs associated with the recordings

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial in writing, as required under OPRA, and release any segregable portions of the requested records.
I request that these records be provided in electronic format (via email or downloadable link) where available.
If fulfillment of this request will result in any fees, please advise in advance.
