This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

All Motor Vehicle (NJTR-1) CRASH Reports and any summonses issued by police from November 23, 2018 through December 7, 2018 sent electronically or if not feasible copied to a CD/USB Flash Drive. Please advise of any costs associated with that if need be.
