Motor Vehicle Crash Reports - NJTR-1 - Bi-Weekly Basis
Dear Belmar Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please at your earliest and on a Bi-Weekly basis, please forward electronically ALL Motor Vehicle (NJTR-1) crash reports.
If you have a program in place as other municipalities do through providing above through paper requests, please forward me the contact person, address and payment information for copying/mailing.

We do not leave OPRA requests open past the 7 days.
Therefore your request for bi weekly reports would
have to be submitted by you as often as you wish.
You can check the published requests on our OPRA
website for motor vehicle reports released to other
requestors. You can also get instant reports by
going to http://www.crashdocs.org/.
