Taking each in turn:

Please provide the following for the year 2020 for all DPW vehicles and employees:

All motor Vehicle police reports involving accidents and internal accident incident reports. – if there are any, they would be disclosable, but subject to our review.

CDL logs for all those employees involved in Motor Vehicle accidents. – Same.

All employees certified to operate the townships bucket and claw trucks – the request is consistent with one for experiential certification of public employees, and is therefore disclosable.

A list of all those employees and titles considered essential during times of State of Emergency – Unless there is a such a list, we are not obligated to create it. Maureen Connel-as per Maureen R-we do not have such list

State certifications and inspections reports of all Aerial trucks and equipment – Disclosable. (Waiting on Billy to get me this info)

List of all supervisors overseeing employees involved in work place accidents and motor vehicle accidents. Please provide dates of accident. – Unless there is such a list, we are not obligated to create it.

List of all employees taking drug and alcohol tests due to work place and motor vehicle accidents. If names are not required provide where test were taken , dates and cause for mandatory test – That kind of personnel information is protected and not subject to disclosure.
