Please be advised that this office is in receipt of your OPRA Request for
motor vehicle accidents, dated October 2, 2018. You should know that your
request was sent to the Borough of Lodi Clerk’s office. Police Department
OPRA Requests should be sent directly to the Lodi Police Department
Records Division, and our form is available on the Lodi Police Department
website.
Additionally, this request states that you would like weekly reports.
While that request can be accommodated, unfortunately, you will have to
submit the requests weekly and for the specific date frame you are looking
for and those weekly requests should include the dates for the reports and
should be faxed to our office. Our fax number is (973) 883-8940. We
cannot honor this one request for continuing weekly reports with this one
document.
