Hello Orf,
In regards to OPRA request 2025-73 please see below from our engineer Mr. Kirchner,
The latest official version of the ROW and Road Condition Map is still from 2024. No new version for 2025 has been issued to date. I am attaching the PDFs of the 2024 version to this email.
Regarding road work planned for 2025/2026.
We are still completing the 2024 Road Program (in concert with PSE&G Restorations) This includes:
Garfield Avenue from Charles Street to Melrose Avenue
Cleveland Avenue from Parry Avenue to Columbia Avenue
W Broad Street from Public Road to Filmore Avenue
Wallace Street from Garfield Avenue to Morgan Avenue
The 2025 DOT Municipal Aid Road Program is under design and should be completed in 2025. It includes:
Arch Street from Front Street to Jefferson Street
Park Avenue from Charles Street to Spring Garden Street
Charles Street from Cinnaminson Avenue to Garfield Avenue.
No other roads are currently approved for work at this time. As the budget was just passed and the NJDOT has just announced its 2026 grant applications are open, additional roadway will be determined over the next couple of months.
The current priority roads for consideration based on conditions would be:
Spring Garden Street from Parry Avenue to Garfield Avenue
Wallace Street from Cinnaminson Avenue to Parry Avenue
Morgan Avenue from Wallace Street to Charles Street
Memorial Avenue from Cinnaminson Avenue to Walnut Street
Legion Avenue from Fourth Street and Third Street
Madison Avenue from Route 73 to Market Street
However, we are still waiting for input from PSE&G and New Jersey American Water to see if they will be undertaking any main work in the next few years which may affect the roadway segment selection.
