Please see attached responsive record for item No. 1 containing Town
Employees name, title, and salary.  There are no responsive records for
item No. 2 above.
 
In addition, a portion of your request in item No. 1 seeking “recent
promotions” fails to identify with reasonable clarity the specific
government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div.  2005).   At this time, we
request clarification of your OPRA request.  Please provide a timeframe
