I am respectfully requesting a list of monies being held by Sayreville Borough as a result of mortgage and tax foreclosure sales. These lists detail monies that are generated when the sale amount is for more than the underlying debt foreclosing on the property. To be more specific, I am looking to obtain a list of these funds that would contain the name of the last owner of the property, the property address, and the dollar amount of funds being held by the Borough. The list may also give the amount of the judgment and the amount paid at the sale. As long as the list shows the dollar amount of funds being held and some reference to the property (such as a parcel ID number), that would be fine. Additionally, if there are multiple lists generated over time, rather than a cumulative list, I would like the lists for the last 5 years of sales. The list may be known as a non-municipal lien master file list. It may also be known as overages, overbids, remainders, surplus funds, excess proceeds, etc.
