Records requested: Monthly bills list for the year 2018. This should include all bills paid from January 1 2018 through August 31 2018. This should include the name of the payee, the total paid and the goods or services paid for. This should include the Garfield City authority who authorized the payment. This should include any and all Garfield tax dollars spent for any goods or services for the period of January 1 2018 through August 31 2018.
This should include all payments made to city employees and board of education employees including the names of the employees and their respective departments and specific positions.
