The Township of Neptune received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on September 13, 2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is September 22, 2023.

The request was for:

“A list of all arrests made in Neptune between the dates of  08/01/2023
and 08/31/2023.”

Police Records Department.
