The original records request was for Tow/Release/CAD reports for "Montclair Police Department Towed Impounded Released Vehicles 12/15/2024 - 1/3/2025"

The records provided begin 12/22/2024 and end 12/31/2024.

Can you please provide the outstanding records from 12/15/2024 through 1/3/2025, inclusive.

Record request #25-16 has been closed. The closure reason
supplied was:

Good afternoon. Your request for "any and all" records is
overly broad. In an attempt to avoid the necessity to
clarify, I have attached the impound sheets for the time
period referenced, as well as the CAD sheets. There are
three reports associated that cannot be released for the
reasons indicated below.

Please see attached responsive records.

Report for 24-107213 denied active investigation.

Report for 24-109078 denied medical record.

Report for 24-107614 denied active investigation.
