above referenced request. School floor plans are exempt from disclosure
under NJSA 47:1A-1.1 and have been withheld because they contain emergency
or security information or procedures for buildings or facilities which,
if disclosed, would jeopardize the security of the building or facility or
persons therein. The records have also been redacted to protect reasonable
expectations of privacy relative to student identification/confidentiality
rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), 20
U.S.C. Sect 1232g, NJAC 6A:32-7.1 et seq., and NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq.
The Department of Education does not make or maintain records responsive
to part two of your request. Accordingly, that part of your request is
denied.
