Dear Concerned Parents,
Due to the size of the files, which exceed the Department of Education’s
email system limitations, records responsive to the above referenced
request are being provided through the MoveIT cloud file sharing system.
School floor plans are exempt from disclosure under NJSA 47:1A-1.1 and
have been withheld because they contain emergency or security information
or procedures for buildings or facilities which, if disclosed, would
jeopardize the security of the building or facility or persons therein.
Additionally, records responsive to your request have been withheld
pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:28-6.6(g), which requires that the School Ethics
Commission hold all information confidential regarding any pending matter
until it first takes action at a public meeting to determine probable
cause, or violation, or until the matter is settled, withdrawn or
dismissed.
Please also note, records have also been withheld and are not subject to
disclosure because they relate to criminal history record information,
which is to be maintained by the Education Commissioner in a confidential
manner pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:6-4.16.”

instructions on how to access your records.
If you cannot download the records for any reason, please let me know by
replying to this message.
Please download and save the files to a computer. The contents of the

The records were emailed to an email address that is created when you submit your request through an OPRA machine. That email address may not be able to receive emails from the MoveIT Cloud file sharing system. Would you like me to try and send the records to [email address] instead?
