With request to proposed Ordinance 22-2023, can you please provide:
1) Exemption application submitted by the applicant
2) Financial Agreement referenced in the ordinance
3) Copy of the ordinance establishing Eatontown's tax abatement policy
4) Cost-benefit analysis and/or any other analysis prepared by the developer, NW financial, the Borough or any other 3rd party advisers that was used to determine the need, the benefit and the amount of the annual service charge pursuant to the financial agreement
5) Copy of DCA's PILOT Agreement Forecasting Model as it relates to this project.
6) Fiscal impact study of the proposed project
7) Proposed affordable units for the project, broken out by very low, low and moderate income units as well as size of units.
8) Due diligence used to verify applicant's assumptions
